It was a pleasure (and such fun!) speaking to HelpYouFind.Me about my greatest love: travel! You can learn about the benefits and challenges of solo travel, the safest places to visit, as well what inspired me to set up my Extreme Holidays Podcast and how I got the show on the road!

You can read the article here: Travel Author Ruth Millington tells all: Safe solo female travel destinations, why you should travel solo, tips, and mistakes to avoid while traveling.

Extreme Holidays Podcast – latest episode!

Don’t forget to tune into my latest Extreme Holidays Podcast: Episode 16 – Epic Bicycle Trips: Pakistan to Tibet’s Mount Kailash. Graydon Hazenberg is fascinating to listen to. He’s funny, engaging, adventurous and brave! Hear about the immense challenges he faced attempting this journey: food shortages, terrible road conditions, being hounded by kids who hadn’t seen Westerners, to name but a few!
